Dewey Elementary School

Hello, my name is Jerri Moore. I am honored to be the Principal at Dewey Elementary!   I have been in education for 37 years. I taught transitional first, first, third,  Title I Reading and was a Reading Facilitator before going into administration.  I believe that all children can learn and that it is our responsibility as educators to ensure all students are reaching their potential. At Dewey Elementary our vision statement reads: “Achieving personal success and becoming responsible and productive citizens.”  Our mission is to prepare students to live in and contribute to a changing world by inspiring life-long learning through a nurturing environment, best teaching practices and collaboration with the local and global community.
